Restaurant Hubert is located at Basement, 15 Bligh Street, Sydney, New South Wales. Because it is in the downtown area of Sydney, your guests can easily get there by bus, train, or ferry.
The venue offers a romantic ambiance perfect for intimate Restaurant Huberts Sydney weddings. The wood-paneled rooms, wall lamps, and candles add to the intimate mood of the grand post-war Europe theme. Once you go down the staircase, you will not be in Sydney anymore. There are plenty of vintage posters, army bottles, and photographs as wall decorations which can be a good backdrop for your wedding photos.

For the four spaces, the 35-standing capacity has a minimum spend of $3,500. The Bridge Bon-Appétit is a catwalk above the Beatrix Dining Room, perfect for cocktail parties the night before the wedding.

Capacity and Amenities
The entire Restaurant Hubert can accommodate up to 200 standing guests and 100 seating guests in the Beatrix Dining Room. It can be a good venue for weddings with a large number of guests.
If you are renting the Theatre Royal, you can have guests of up to 60 persons. Aside from the vintage vibe with velvet drapery and elevated stage, your guests can use the theatre seating. The area can also be used for presentations or hire someone to play live music during reception since it is equipped with speakers.
The Beatrix Dining Room can accommodate your 20 wedding guests. Your group can enjoy live jazz music while dining.
Botero BoardRoom and The Port Cave can have 10 seating guests. The Bitero Board Room is dimly lit for the intimate feel, while the Port Cave is a discrete space if you want a quiet dining space for your small reception.
The Bridge Bon-Appétit can accommodate 35 standing guests for cocktail parties during bridal showers. It has a bar with wait-staffs that are ready to serve the guests.

The restaurant’s menu is focused on French cuisine. The chef prepares the oysters, cuts the steak, and tosses the salad.
If you are availing the Petit Banquet for your reception, it includes Restaurant Hubert’s most favorite entree, the escargots XO. The Petit Banquet menu has baguette, beef tartare, chicken fricassee, and a lot more.
For the Grand Banquet, you can have the oyster naturale, clams a la bourride, cote de boeuf, kimchi gratin, and many more. Hubert’s gâteau au Chocolat is served as the dessert.
